If you opt in to SMS messaging, we also collect your phone number and a record of your consent, including the date, time, and source of the opt-in.

We collect technical information automatically when you visit: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referrer. This is standard server-log data.

When you use the Revenue Engine platform, we also process the data you authorize us to handle on your behalf — bookings, orders, customer records, analytics events.

Provided information is used to respond to inquiries, deliver services you've requested, send transactional communications about your account, and improve the platform.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use this information only to deliver and support the transactional messaging program you signed up for, such as service request confirmations, appointment confirmations, schedule reminders, estimate notifications, job status updates, invoice notifications, and secure links to view or respond to service details.

You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages, or reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

Relevant Domain does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or consent information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

We use a small set of trusted vendors to deliver the platform — hosting, payments, analytics, email delivery. Each is bound by data-processing terms consistent with this policy.

We use first-party cookies for session management and aggregated, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not deploy cross-site advertising trackers on our marketing site.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email privacy@relevantdomain.co and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or EU/UK resident, you have additional rights under the applicable law (CCPA/CPRA, CPA, VCDPA, CTDPA, UCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR). We honor those rights for all users regardless of residency.

We use industry-standard controls to protect data: TLS in transit, encryption at rest, role-based access, and continuous monitoring. Payments are processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 partners — we do not store full card data.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 30 days before they take effect.
