How a five-location repair business got one real-time view of every job
Five repair locations tracked work on paper tickets and three disconnected apps, so owners had to make phone calls just to learn what was happening. We built a custom job-tracking dashboard around their real workflow — technicians now close tickets ~30% faster.

The context
A repair business had grown to five locations, but its operations hadn't kept up. Each shop ran its day a little differently, and the owners — stretched across all five — had no reliable way to see the state of the business without picking up the phone. Decisions were being made on stale, second-hand information.
The broken system
Jobs were tracked on paper tickets at the counter and re-entered into three separate apps that didn't share data — one for intake, one for parts, one for invoicing. Nothing reconciled automatically, so the same job existed in three half-correct versions. To answer a simple question like 'how many open jobs does the north shop have today?', an owner had to call the shop and have someone count tickets. Status updates never reached the customer, and bottlenecks were invisible until they became complaints.
What we built
We replaced the patchwork with a single custom job-tracking dashboard built around how their technicians actually work — intake, diagnosis, parts, repair, and pickup as one pipeline instead of three apps. Every location writes to the same system in real time, with role-based views so a tech sees their queue and an owner sees the whole footprint. Status changes are logged once and visible everywhere, and the owners finally have a live cross-location view they can open from anywhere.
The outcome
Technicians close tickets roughly 30% faster because the job lives in one place instead of being re-keyed across three apps. Owners replaced their daily round of phone calls with a single real-time dashboard that shows every location at a glance, so bottlenecks surface early instead of turning into backlogs and angry customers.

How a flight club replaced spreadsheets with one scheduling, currency & billing system
A member-owned flying club was running aircraft scheduling, pilot currency, maintenance, and billing on spreadsheets and a shared calendar nobody trusted. We replaced the whole patchwork with one custom system wired into their website — and double-bookings went to zero.

A regional distributor's 12-year-old order-entry system kept crashing and forced staff to re-key every order by hand between systems that didn't talk. We rebuilt it as a custom order portal with the integrations they were missing — orders now flow through once and stay in sync.
