When should a the Midwest and Great Lakes business build vs. buy?

Buy first. Build only when (a) the workflow is core to your business and not generic, (b) the SaaS market doesn't have a real fit, or (c) the integration layer between SaaS tools is itself becoming a product. We'll talk you out of building if it's not the right call.

What's a typical project size?

Do we own the code?

Yes, fully. Code lives in your GitHub from day one. If we ever stop working together, the handoff is a single repo permission change.

Will the software integrate with our existing systems?

That's usually the whole point. We build integrations to your CRM, ERP, POS, billing, and warehouse via documented APIs and webhook patterns.

What about ongoing maintenance after launch?

We offer monthly support retainers for hosting, updates, and small features — or we can train your in-house team to take over. Both paths are fine; we don't lock you in.

Do you do AI features?

Yes — RAG search, document summarization, customer-support chat, and proprietary-data fine-tuning when it actually moves the needle. We're skeptical of AI-for-AI's-sake projects.
